I get near-migraine headaches whenever I change dosages of Seroquel. I've been tapering off of it by lowering the dosage by 50 mg every two weeks. I get debilitating headaches for several days until my body adjusts to the lower dosage. But as with any psych meds, any side effect seems possible. But also maybe stress about the headaches and med changes are contributing to the headaches? Just a thought.
