hi thanks it helps when someone tells you they had a similiar experience...I just need to hear it and I have to remember my self talk but this never happened before. I am so glad for this forum it has given me so much support I don't feel so alone on this.
I don't recall anything particular that I was watching but it is also that time of month for my cycle to start any time soon...I hate this I also just found out my dad has Alziemers so that as well probably triggered my anxiety...oh great now I have a chance really losing my mind is Alziemers hereditary?
