I am under a lot of stress right now. I am not dealing with it well. When I get under stress like this, everything feels out of hand…really, I am beginning to feel like my meds might be an issue because I am having so many problems with my thought process and ability to focus.
Instead of working on tasks that need to be done I sit around and obsess about things like, not fitting in…and then I start feeling even worse about them. And then before you know it, I got a real issue to deal with…that makes the stress even worse. It’s a nasty cycle.
And now, I feel like I am taking up everybodies time--like I am not worth it.
