I am sorry you are struggling at this time with the therapist issue. It is probably in your best interest to find someone that you can somewhat connect with in therapy. There are also county mental health services if money is an issue, that offer mental health services on a sliding scale or Free basis, depending on the amount of income you receive at this time. also there are Free Medication Programs available as well, if you call 1-800-921-0072 they can help get the paperwork for your Dr to fill out for Free medication, or low cost meds. Also Target and CVS Pharmacies both offer lower med costs to consumers without insurance. I hope things get better for you soon and you can find a therapist to help you in the future.
