My T told me in last week's session, when she found out how much of a people pleaser I am and how I am afraid to give wrong answers on homework, that I do not have to do the homework (which I did know but I do it because she asks me to do it and also because I know it is supposed to be meant to help me and I want the help. I want to get better.)....
