I hope you can find the courage to bring it up to your doctor. I've had vaginismus for awhile. I never was able to use tampons. It just hurt too much to get them in! Maybe your chat with your doctor will just lead to needing a script for lidocane and lube. (That wasn't embarrassing at all when I went to get that filled... Hehe.) Good luck!
