The neurotransmitter GABA gets depleted when we are under stress. Its role is to cool the brain, like a radiator. A hot brain is a racing brain, very busy, mostly with worries. Nightmares are busy brain generating its own anxiety and trauma picture show.

Bad dreams are reduced or eliminated by raising GABA. You can take the powder form of the the acid GABA (or theanine) or you can do an hour of yoga or yogalike stretching a day in three twenty minute blocks or time. You should find your nightmares eliminated almost immediately.

Billie J. Sahley was a pain researcher. You can find her little books on GABA online or in some health food stores. Her books are very informative. Her protocol os simple and easy to follow. No one should suffer nightmares or night terrors and conventional medicine has nothing for it.
