The questions you want to ask yourself are things that are already stated here. Do you normally eat when your mood fluctuates? Could you be in a bit of a mixed state, and is it depression causing the munchies? Have you changed anything else about your routine or lifestyle, such as like less exercise? Also, what other medications are you on? It will be easier for your doctor to help you if you can pinpoint any behavioral changes or other medications being a factor.
However, Latuda, along with every other anti-psychotic on the market can cause weight gain. While it is normally weight neutral, your body is going to react differently. Just because something is the norm does not totally exclude something else from happening.
