From the time he drowned my dog's puppies in front of me and the dog...to the time he locked me in the car that he parked by the railroad tracks and came back at 4 in the morning, this person has been a nightmare parent. He is obsessed with controlling me and even after two years of ignoring his attempts to call or email me, he still keeps coming after me. You can't tell him off because he hangs up on you before you can finish a sentence that might draw him out of his comfort zone. You would think that after all this time he would eventually give up but he never does. Mind games, manipulation, lies, anger, the list goes on.

Anybody got any advice on how to keep him away from me and my family? Everyone hates him but he won't stop this evil behavior.
