I do not know what Tinder is, but I see that you are making two mutually exclusive statements. You are saying that going to a movie on a first date is cliche (even though it is a horror movie? I'd think not...), which implies that you want to be original and not like everybody else.

At the same time, you are saying that you are now just a random guy on Tinder chatting with her, possibly one among many, so in fact you are doing what everybody else is doing and not being original.

I would invite her to a movie planning ahead so you'd be over the sickness, and stop worrying about being unoriginal.
