If you live in a big enough city, there may be free family law clinics at a local law school, but if you live in a more rural area, then that is not an option. I would take the girls to your local Planned Parenthood clinic, which more likely than not has a sliding scale, and have a nurse, nurse practitioner or doctor there look at the girls' vaginal area.
