Has she given you any advice about joining an outpatient program instead of full hospitalization? I couldn't bear the thought of being hospitalized and was offered a full time outpatient program which allowed me to have my life, go home at night while still getting intense therapy eight hours a day, group and some private, and medication adjustments.
