I hope you're hitting some type of support group like AA or NA. I have been clean/sober 20+ years but have some fantasies of opiates or weed, pretty scared of relapse so I go to meetings...I have heard that the opiates are hard to stop once you start. It's going to be hard without some kind of social support.
