1) For safety don't include your name in your posts.
2) Don't just chalk it up to hormones. Talk to your parents about going to see your doctor. Tell your doctor what is going on and ask for a referral to a therapist and psychiatrist. It sounds like working out is a good coping skill for you, but it also sounds like you could use some help with dealing with the anger. You don't want to end up drinking/drugs and cutting again. They aren't healthy. There is help, but you have to let people know so they can help you. One of my big regrets was not asking for help when I was younger. I kept everything bottled up and I didn't have to feel that way for so long. So please ask for help. It doesn't make you weak. It takes a strong person to ask for help.
