You are on an extremely high dose of Olanzapine, so agitation and irritability should hae been controlled by now, but they are not, so it is worrisome indeed.

tightness in the chest is a serious symptom. I do not know what it might be attributable to, but I would definitely report to the nursing station. Also, if they are not doing it routinely, ask them to monitor your blood pressure and pulse several times a day.
Thanks. My obs (Blood pressure etc) are being done regularly and my resting heart rate is fast for me (90 instead of 60) but I am otherwise ok physically. The tightness in my chest feels panic related and I had a chest x-ray and full medical recently prior to commencing ECT so I think my heart is ok. I have come off AD's suddenly before and I think it felt like this but it was long ago and I cannot remember clearly. The Olanzepine should have me chilled esp with the clonanzepam but I am still climbing the walls. This seems to be one of those wait and see things. Only real problem is my suicidal ideation has gone through the roof and that is a worry, but I will keep the nurses in the loop about that.
