I'm using a workbook called "Life after trauma" it starts really slow and says frequently that if you're getting triggered to stop.
But I'm doing it with my T. I do a little bit each week, and then discuss it with her.
I wouldn't dream of trying to do a workbook on trauma on my own without support.
