You know what? It's perfectly okay to feel like this and to tell your new therapist how you feel.

When I changed therapists, one of the first things I asked was "Can we do therapy without me becoming dependent on you, because I don't want to go through that again."

It really, REALLY makes a difference in therapy when you just attack these feelings/fears head on. Your therapist will want to understand where you're coming from and that can help where you go in the future.

Don't be scared!! Just be honest.
