I just wanted to say I discussed this thread with my psychiatrist who is luckily also my therapist.
We made a list of things I need to do in order to feel like I am "productive." Daily, weekly, etc.

I got the idea from here and I think it is a great idea.

Today I got dressed and picked the last of the fall apples with son.
