Thanks! I remember reading another time you mentioned this book, and I looked in to it. In fact I found a full copy of it on the net, a bit dodgy as it was free, and showed it to my T. He thought it was good.

A few weeks later he mentioned the book I now have, as he favours ACT and thought this one may suit me also.

I will talk it over with T, how I felt upset already. I think I am just too overly sensitive.....I have hidden all of this away for so long!
