Soidhoinia, I had a quick look at their meals and some of them are ok... the only thing is that I have a kind of rebound effect and I go from not caring about the calories to being hypersensitive about them... so I can't go too high anyway...
I'm not what I'd call 'fit' but I can still do easy 20-mile walks with no problem... I would find harder ones more difficult though...
