From an early age I have had recurring headaches and stomachaches. I just recently went to the doctor and had a complete work up done and everything is normal. I seem to constantly feel achy and now I am adding dizziness and nausea to the mix. This is along with constant tiredness. The dizziness is off and on and very annoying. My husband gets so tired of listening to my physical complaints. If my physical body really is healthy could anxiety etc really make me feel this awful? This really sucks
