Great explanation!!! I am not an accredited expert myself, but I have 37 years experience as me and my struggles. Everyone makes mistakes, especially growing up, I continued making mistakes and truly did not understand why. Some people have told me that I use my illness as an excuse. I will reply, "An excuse for what, being so miserable that I constantly want to kill myself." I wanted a family, career, vacations in beautiful places, what I have right now is doctor appointments every week, medications, living alone, and a stray cat that visits me sometimes. Sorry if I got off subject, I needed to vent and this brought it out. Thank you.
