there is hope...even though it doesn't seem like it. I hated that word because it seemed impossible...but I finally got the magic wand that took all that darkness away...it was the right meds and the right therapy at the right time and bam...my life completely changed and I haven't been to the bottom of that hole since.....hang in there......take care.
