I was just diagnosed last year and I"m 35. I am in school and am having a hard time with the being able to tune everything else out so I can study or pay attention in class.

As for the idea that everyone has these symptoms for sometimes yea they do but people with ADD/ADHD have them all the time and it invades their lives.
