Forgiveness is something I have struggled with also. I have been able to find forgiveness for a few, and they are the ones who took ownership of what they did to me. I have been fortunate that I received that from them. A ***sincere*** apology from the abusers can go a long way in helping a person forgive. I'm still not able to forgive some others, and all I can do for now is let it go and turn it over to God. Didn't Jesus say when being crucified, "God forgive them, for they know not what they do" ? Well, if I'm never ever able to forgive the rest of them, then I leave it to God to step in.
