I just make up the work excuses.

Same thing happened again monday, I got a call from another girlie mate going 'listen im a bit worried haven't heard from you'. It makes me feel CRAP and like I haven't kept up my end of things and that's kinda rude ... I had not replied to 2 of her texts cos I had just been blah and then forgot ... it isn't how you should treat other ppl plain n simple - whether you are 'd-word' or not.

Re your situ, it is easy to not see ppl when you are busy but at least you bother to communicate
