Tangerine, please share. I recently too had a session that caused more grief than good. I knew my T was out of line (being late with vague excuses, judgmental, asking questions that did not have to do with therapy, etc). I fired him.

Or was your session's topic the cause? I hope you have loved ones to turn to? My cats let me talk to them without making me cry and they don't charge, which is a huge plus!
