I'm just seeing your post now. It is nobody's business what your medical issues might be or are. Under HIPPA my understanding is you don't even have to say you are sick and what you have if you call out of work. You just call and say you can't be there.

At least this is how we were trained as employees when I lived in Pa. I'll check the regs again.

Unfortunately, no one really cares about this sort of thing when it comes to work. A job needs to be done and it is up to us to take steps to do that. It's cold and callous, but it is a reality.

You might want to look into getting an ADD coach. I'm considering this too. I'm here if you want to chat...take care
