hi i feel that i recently have become better at coping with anxiety, but that the feelings/thoughts i have when my anxiety surges( usually early in the day, towards when i go to bed) just get bottled up and are making me a more bitter and irritable person and i find myself being mean for no reason sometimes, im afraid (what else is new) that this will consume me...do you guys know of any healthy way to vent pent up negative emotions?
