I'm back home from my trip, feeling a little lacking in motivation so if anyone has any words of wisdom I'm open.
I'm giving myself a little time to readjust to being home so I put off starting up anything until Oct. 1st. A new month seemed like a good start date.
I want to do an exercise routine that includes some light weights. I've tried it a number of times, but something would always come up and I would stop. This time I really want to try to stick with it. I have some goals, like weight loss and toning that I'm aiming for.
As far as self-care, I'm going to first concentrate on meditation and Tai Chi, but I am in search of something more fun and playful as well.
