No, none of us took the time to construct a detailed pros and cons list for you, but so far the responses all lean toward switching to a different department where the environment will be more forgiving and night shifts will be less or preferably non-existent....


Basically it comes down to this:


Take a leap of faith that a new boss and different coworkers will equate a more forgiving environment as you make the intelligently healthy choice for yourself.


Orrr stay where you are now out of fear of the unknown or $$$$ and prepare to suck it up indefinitely.
