I agree with the above advice regarding keeping a diary or Journal about how you are feeling, so you wont have to bottle up the feelings that you are having. Exercise also helps as well such as taking a walk in the evening after dinner to help release some of the tension you may be feeling. Chat is also available here at Psych Central as well, and it may help to talk to somone in chat when you feel like you need to talk to someone who understand what you are going through.
