If it were me, and I wanted to see the therapist, I would tell her about the whole month being difficult and see if she had other times that worked for me - so to not wait from week to week to see if she had a time that one week. I have taken month breaks and found them useful - but I did it deliberately so I don't know if that matters to you or not.
