Hi Snuggles, I know it's got to be frustrating having to go through changes in meds after you feel you're settled into one combination..........the transition period, the not knowing if they're going to work/not work, the side effects, the adjusting the dosage of the new medication, and if they don't work as well...........but you know there is always that chance that something else might work
even better for you, and that wouldn't be a bad thing would it?
And the Xanax, well they should work something out whereas you're not
immediately stopping it, shouldn't they?? But even if/when it's changed maybe they could they still give you a small supply to use "as needed" e.g. if you're having a particularly bad day..........
And if you keep a real detailed log of your feelings/effects on any new medication that's got to help in reviewing or adjusting the dosage.
So let's hope for something
even better, right??

And the realization of never getting off medication.........I know the hassle, the side effects, the appointments, the changes..........all of that, completely understandable you could do without it, just
please don't be thinking that it says anything about you as a person, or that it makes you any "less".
It so doesn't!!!!
