I think if these "friends" are not reciprocal in their responses to you when you need feedback on a problem, they are probably not very good friends.
My true friends are few, and I am probably a textbook case in the past three years of loner and secluding myself. To me, this is not a bad thing. I do have a few friends whom I trust, and who stay by me.
At some point, one has to start to DISCERN..(it's really a spiritual and biblical term to me!), but meaning trusting your inner voice about who is a true friend or partner!
