A big calendar, yes indeedy! I never used a calendar for much in my life, but now have one with large squares to write in. That helps, but even that seems like an awful lot to do.
I'm also thinking that some patients get case workers to help them because of their problems about complying. I don't see how patients that are hostile, psychotic, or low education, can manage by themselves. They probably do get help but I just don't know about it. That's a good thought, Kaliope, as the more people who are able to do for themselves, the better for them.
