I am glad you didn't get in trouble. I cant imagine not being able to talk at work. we talk, laugh, joke and goof off all the time. as long as we get our job done it does not matter. we had one lady who did not approve, but since she wasn't the boss we ignored her comments. she would complain to the boss and the boss told us not to talk around her. she is gone now
