What helps me immensely - my google sheets spreadsheets that I created during a time when things were bad, but not SO bad.
I have:
- a spreadsheet on chores - it helps me because some chores, such as taking out cat litter, are daily, while others, such as sterilizing cat litter boxes in a chlorine solution, are not - I need to do them every two weeks,
- a spreadsheet on wellness (no, wellness is not just workouts - I count lavender foot soaks at home as a wellness item since I like them so much and they help me relax)
- a spreadsheet on food
- and many more.
If people are interested, I will put them all into one (different topic=different tab) and publish a link. You can then copy it, delete irrelevant stuff, add your own stuff, and be done.
The spreadsheets are fairly pretty - when you do a chore and mark it done, the cell becomes a happy green color; if your step count (I have a fitbit) is nearing the goal, the cell become a yellow "work in progress" color...
The spreadsheets taught me several very important things.
1) every little accomplishment is good - you do something and one little cell turns green and you are happy; you do not expect the whole sheet to turn green because you realize that it is not realistic and would not even look pretty - rather, it would look overwhelming.
I did know this before, theoretically, but now this knowledge is an image in my mind. So I do not even necessarily update the spreadsheet online - that the little cell on the picture turns happy green IN MY MIND'S EYE is good enough.
2) I got the rhythm, the cadence of housework.
3) I got a sense of independence since I was not using yet another app - possibly even paying for it - but created a useful tracking tool from scratch.
4) For the first time in my life, I started thinking of myself as well-organized and even feeling some pride.

Just do not want to inundate the boards with links, so I better inquire first.

I would love all of them! I have spent two days working with aps and creating my own (only three days into new treatment tho, so not exactly finishing anything!), so already done charts sound great! Thanks!
