I would kill for 12 hours of sleep ... but does it not make your sleeping patterns worse again?
I don't know if it's better to aim for a solid 12 hours when I finally get tired enough, or what.
I don't have any sleeping pills and I don't really want any ... I would rather sort out sleep by myself or with something natural ...
