Oh, that is hard to have a little toddler and the demands of that and struggle too. I learned to take naps when my daughter did, luckily my daughter was a good napper.
I think that you have to "try" to see if the mother in law could take your daughter once in a while, but you will have to plan ahead with that. You might also want to look into seeing if you can hire a teenage helper too that can spend time with your child while you get a break too. By the age of three you can have her spend some mornings at a nursery school to also give you a break. Age two is hard because they are not quite ready for nursery school "yet". So, it is better to try to find a mother's helper that you can cultivate a relationship with and they are not as expensive either.
