Hi 8Green48, it sounds like you're having a real hard time
Can I just ask if there was anything you know of that helped you out of your last depression, or if there are things you were doing then that you could try again now??
Are there any specific triggers that may have pulled you back to where you are now, that you might be able to look at challenging??
Or do you think being at work was a bit much as you were recovering??
Is it an option to take a few (?) days off?? Not necessarily to start all over again with the battling depression, with the recovering because you know you were there (!! ), but maybe to build up those strengths/coping skills/resources just a bit more with some support, to help you start moving away from the depression again???
And you know we're here to support you!!!!
As for not wanting to be around people, well that's completely understandable. Sometimes it can take so much "energy", it can feel so demanding and overwhelming especially if they don't quite "get it". And maybe a little (more) time on your own might not be a bad thing. I'm not talking about completely isolating yourself, but a bit more "breathing space", hey?
And you know, even going for a bit of a walk on your own at times might help just a little?? Gets you away, and a bit of "exercise" which can sometimes help a little.
And if it comes to it, would you be able to bring your appointment with your doc forward a little??
It is real good that you're talking to us though, I know it can be only too easy to want to cut everyone out when you're feeling depressed. And if you can/want to talk more..........we're here for you.

And I'll try not to ask you so many questions next time!!! . Just scanned back........and sorry about that!!!
