I am sorry you are faced with such anxiety at night. MOUSE is very correct that therapy is very good at helping you to calm down at night or when you have anxiety. Having a physical at this time may not hurt either. A lot of my episodes are sugar related and I have hypoglycemia, so stress is one of the main reasons that i have strange dreams, or anxiety. A therapist can help you to get a diagnosis and help you to control the thought patterns you may be having by facing the fears you may be having at this time.
