I'm so sorry for all of this. Only you and your Drs can decide if you are going to be physically able to care of this child.
The one thing that came to mind is perhaps you could put the child in daycare so you can rest during the day. Also do you have any other family who can help you for and hour or two each day?
I can't think of anything else at the moment, but I'll try.
