I woke up in the middle of the night with hands around my throat. It turned out to be not a real person, but also not a dream. I could feel the hands. Couldn't scream. It was terrifying. I recently started taking lithium and lamictal, which is phase one of a plan, but I think the doses are too low to cause something like this, which I don't think is a hallucination, but maybe it is?

Does anyone know if low doses of these meds can cause this to happen? Is it a night terror or is that something else?
