It's really frustrating. It seems the more you want to sleep, the more difficult it is to achieve because you start feeling the pressure to get some sleep and then it makes you mad because why the freak can't I just sleep god darn it! And soon you're tossing and turning but it's a hopeless cause so you go to the kitchen to eat and it makes you feel fat. You may go back to bed and you may get about a half hour of sleep, maybe even an hour but then you wake up because you have to go to the bathroom because of the freaking snack you had. At this point you're like "forget it" it's become way too frustrating just to get some shut eye and you lie there and think about how badly it sucks not being able to sleep and all of the things in your life that's going wrong until you have to "wake up". Then you're in this really crappy mood and you're jumping down everybody's throats because you feel like a psycho zombie and you're in a really bad way for the rest of the day and you go to bed that night praying "please, tonight, just let me get 6 straight hours of sleep, pleeeeeeeease." Yeah, I understand what you're going through.
I'm sorry you're going through it too.
