Cherrykix' suggestion of making lists is great. I also recommend doing that. Make a list with say 1-3 MAIN actions that you want to do. Also make those actions SMALL, and CONCRETE.
Having 1-3 main, small, and concrete actions makes the task of studying seem less overwhelming and provides focus and clarity.
The thing about focusing on small tasks is that there's less resistance in starting your work. And starting work is one of the biggest hurdles when it comes to studying or anything really. Once you start working on your small task, you'll be in motion and will have a higher chance of doing even more work. One of the reasons you're procrastinating may be because your work seems very burdening and overwhelming so aiming small will help to get over that issue.
