Sounds like a mixed episode. They are hell. Pure hell. The only thing that helps me through is drugs, either benzos if I have them or Benadryl if I don't. That and a lot of deep breathing. You just have to wait for it to pass and if it gets too bad to to the ER. I've had to be hospitalized every time unfortunately because I couldn't deal with it on my own. Maybe you're stronger than me though.
