Welcome to PC. It doesn't seem to me the Lamictal would be causing this but you never know. Have you told your psychiatrist about all these symptoms? I have not heard of Lamictal causing hypomania or mania, it supposed to do the opposite but who knows. Is that the only thing you take?

Klonopin .5mg twice a day, cutting this back
