Oh, absolutely, the answer MUST be a resounding NO. Anything else is unacceptable - any equivocation in the strength of the no answer yields a culture of cruelty where people are punished for their illnesses.

I think we already suffered enough at the hands of our conditions, we do not need to be punished for having it.

I have yet to see anyone punish someone for contracting breast cancer or Parkinson's.
