I think you are! He's already shown you more than words can say. He's not ready & he's just, "not that into you." If he cared for you & wanted more, you'd know it. Ask yourself, ask your heart, you already have your answer. You can't force someone to be in a relationship with you. You can't force someone to love you. I'd stop the cuddling.
